Student Retention Toolkit
I created this training toolkit to present at a university’s Leadership Summit, this session used AI tools and a scenario-based design. The training's goals is to build faculty confidence and promote innovative teaching strategies in online courses, while highlighting key approaches to student retention, early intervention, and student support.

Grade Inflation Training
I support faculty in strengthening assessment integrity and improving grading practices. One of the most impactful trainings I deliver is “Avoiding Grade Inflation: Understanding and Implementing Best Practices.” My goal is to provide instructors with actionable approaches they can use immediately, ensuring grades accurately reflect learning while fostering a supportive learning environment.
